How does one go about moving a selection of a piece to another section (same layer)/ I tried selectinf with the 'select rectangle' and then using the move command but it didn't seem to take.

Love the background; the dragon's neck could stand to ge a little thicker.

ya.. i know what you mean, Vamp. i don't think it needs to be thicker, but the red scales should cover the yellow chest/front neck area more, and make it look a little more round... |

I'm finally ready to submit this SOB! my comp rebooted on the 1st try and froze when i tried to edit the barely started 2nd try... hopefully i can edit this one because i want to soften some colors and sharpen the little flap of skin that drapes down his neck :)

herm.. i wasn't able to unstall it. some 'remote failure' or something. i'm having my friend look over my comp this evening so hopefully he'll straighten everything out. then it's back to the drawing boards!;)

You seem to have veered away from your usual style on this one. It's good, but it seems like...it lacks "depth", you know? It seems flat. I think it needs more shading. Line art's great, tho.

I tricked my friend into fixing my comp for me by telling him i would have my pet man-beast play a song for him. SUCKER. he totally bought it and as soon as the fool fixed up my pc, i kicked him the HELL outa my place ^^

*Stamps foot* Now how do you do that? The lineart, I mean. All I can get are super-skinny pencil lines or super-huge spraypaint/paintbrush lines. How do you get that happy medium? (No pun intended.) Is there some kinda software I'm lacking or what?

Everyone needs to draw some blue fireballs now and then. y is he naked you ask? because i'm too lazy to draw clothes. this was just a 'rest' picture between edit of another pic, but i liked too much :)
