It reminds me of an artist. Kinda Dali, kinda Van Gough, somewhat poppish.

Good job, the chains I feel would look more substantial is you add a highlight and shadow. Considering where the light source is, and I'd lose the twister and add another of those cute clouds instead to tie it in.
