Man, I hate that hand, but oh well. At least it's not just a circle, I wasn't being lazy, mostly not anyway. The lines are messier than I should let them be.But yeah, I'd like to hear some ideas for a background.

Alright, I have my monitor callibrated to be bright, but is it better to draw with a darker monitor or brighter? I downloaded the WiziWYG XP that marcello told someone to use to callibrate their screen, and it says that standard graphic art is supposed to be dark. Which should I do?

I have Painter 8 but I don't know too much, besides some basics, about customizing the brushes in it. I know how to open the brush editer and make changes like bristle type, etc., but there's a lot of options I just don't know how to use. what I want to do is get a brush set up to work -exactly- like the brush in lascaux when you have both the antialias and blend options checked. Specifically what I can't seem to get is the transparency to work right. In lascaux when you lower the opacity o...

Just a quick thing to get used to using the program. Little Sly Cooper. x3The white is deliberate, wanted it to look..Star-like, or something. Meh. I can do better. >.<;

It's a pretty good start you have. For the white I'd say that it's best if it looks like it's on purpose without having to say it. Maybe if there were more specs of white in the background and on the shirt/hat? |
