interesting mix between realism and semi-realism... nice eyes... :D the eyelashes seem too thin though :P also, there should be a less noticeable curve to the brow (both eyebrow and the actual bone structure).... the lips are da |20><0|2z, man XD |

Dearest Mother,Words cannot describe what I have seen these last couple of weeks. I wish nothing more than to return home and escape from this horrible place. I pray every night, alone in my foxhole, hoping that by some miracle the war will end tomorrow. But they keep pushing us forward, forever forward. Our CO reassures us that we'll be home for Christmas. I want to believe him, but I just can't. Berlin is still so very far away, I don't know if I can live through another day, let alone a couple of months. Your letters and the thought of returning home are the only things keeping me going. Thanks :D I tried drawing this same photo once before, but I never submitted it 'cause it looked awful! I might still edit this though, if I can be bothered, 'cause I didn't quuuiiiitte get the shape of his lips right. In the photo he's got this really really slight grin on his face that's so cool, but so hard to capture...
