Alright, the only reason this is 13+ is becuase of the picture. I have been drawing on Oekaki Shi-Painter for awhile. A lot of my drawings later became blurry, when I never used the Blur tool. It didn't upset me for awhile, but now it does because I have spent a decent amount of time on this picture so far. Can anyone tell me why this got so blurry, and if I can fix it at all?
