who the fuck deleted my pic it was fuckin uncalled for, i put alot of effot into it... u could of least of moved it to beginners or posted it as hidden,... if u had at least of warned me i could of saved it as i was quiet pleased with the final effect even if u did think it was a pile of noobish shit.....

just wanted to post and see if anyone had any suggestions before i go too much farther and totally kill my space limit. particularly concerned about how to get the rain to look real, and to get her to look like shes looking down. ok, thanks.ok...i think ive had about all i can take with this one...anything glaring, lemme know and ill try and fix it...pfft...*tried not to look at the hands*

It's finished^^.Very nice as I knew it would turn out.I guess you made a decision to leave the rain a bit like the way it was.It's still cool, I mean because it's like how you draw rain so I have to give you credit for being original about it^^(Hey, nothing has to be a certain way in art, only advice could be of some inspiration, yeah?).And I'm blown away by that brick well there*dies*.Too awesome for my eyes to be staring at><.You overdid yourself, dixie.I'm gonna be staring at this for awhile :).*starts now*

sky warp, no one of us dont mean to insult you but.. the purpose of this site is to learn how to become a good drawer, and believe me, line tool isn't a good drawers sign (atleast i dont think that.) and if you add just a bit darker purple somewhere and lighter somewhere else your pictures goes right up a level. even if you would draw the same picture on the same way without the linetool, i bet it would be nicer. but i still have to say that it really looks like a transformer! |

Had to stop on this. This is my first attempt at doing a "pencil sketch". Since I have only been on this site for 4 days, I dont know anyone to collaborate with so, if anyone wants to add to this or change it, feel free!!

This is one I did on another board where I am familiar with the tools and their controls. I hope to get as familiar with the 2Draw tools also, as I havent been able to get to the same level here yet

Taori's right, love the texture with the bricks and things.I really like the light shining in there, but looking at your reference, I think the center of the beam could use some white white(as in R:255,G:255, and B:255).But good job overall^^.

And nine minutes isn't a good goal. Try 30.
If you have the time to spend on these 5-10 minute drawings, take the time to spend 30-60 minutes on a picture, and it might actually look good.
