Wanted to do something in a bluish sepia, and to practice some things that are really hard for me (like hands). Obviously, I still need more practice. Thought the velvet, leather and lace would be interesting and fun to do. Thanks for the playground space, Marcello. :)

hmmm....she looks kinda fat and her arms are too short at least thats how i look at it. i really like the sky and the tree farthest away .

ok well her arms are bent up at the elbow...guess i need to shade that area a bit better, and shes in a loose old fashioned nightie...shes also slightly decomposed so shes thinner than the average corpse but the nightie is still loose, and yeah i like the tree too.ok i tried to make the arms look more bent...i hope they do. I'd appreciate any comments, quips and quirks u may have :o)

i love it and the way you used the colored cross hatching to shade it looks really kewl and did not say hi earlier so Hello! and welcome to 2draw, word of advice: dont get on marcello's bad side!

Looks nice, but the shading on near her right eye really bugs me for some reason, competing strokes... You could try shading with a skin-shade, or simply limit the black shading near the eye. |

My first truely serious drawing at 2draw.Sis needs to use the phone, yes i use a 56k modem
finally seing some good progress with the shading. I also fixed some of the nasty black globs.

the shadding is really goodbut the line art neds more work it is very pixilized and does not hel your picture at all. Over all i think you should stick with the intermediate board for now.

Just an interesting-sounding contest with some pretty nice prizes (wacom tablets, wacom cintiq, and tablet pcs) for design and illustration: Only problem for most of the people here is there is an age restriction of 18+ (snooping around pulled that out from the rules). Worth checking out though...
