To Brushes: I hope that this does the memory of your mother, and the love you have for your children justice. I find that alot of people associate redbirds with someone who was very dear to them, usually the person who taught them to love. My grandmother loves them, and it was one of the first things we painted together when I was little.

This is really good DBA! You did exceptional work on the background. My only pick with this is the tip of the beak doesn't seem to fit being rounded like that....kinda like it belongs on a different species...you might want to try sharpening the edge more, making it more straight. Other than that everything else is awesome! :D

Although many of you were not around, about a year ago or so 2draw had a mascot contest. Unfortunately, basically all we got were furries and random animals that made no sense. ;-) So, on the topic of "original characters," I thought it would be cool to do this contest again, only with a slight modification. An elephants trunk is powered by 150,000 separate muscles.This took about an hour & 1/2 less than clock showed, got up to help daughter w/ something & forgot about it, then I clicked on the button from hell in the applet and couldn't figure out which application to undo.. bout an hour later I accidentally undid what I had done and could finish. lol

Heh, everything is very..*ahem*..VERY! nice, I love the shimmery effect, and all the proportions are great. Lovely ass. Lol, yes, the fingers look like bits of plasticine, but, they aren't too noticeable really...have I mentioned the ass? Great ass. Aaaaaa. One thing I haven't yet worked out (and this is me being pedantic), where is the light coming from? Mmmm, ass.Okay...tried to smooth out the shading more, but can't do much more to the face without maybe reaching the limit before I can finish...
