An elephants trunk is powered by 150,000 separate muscles.

This took about an hour & 1/2 less than clock showed, got up to help daughter w/ something & forgot about it, then I clicked on the button from hell in the applet and couldn't figure out which application to undo.. bout an hour later I accidentally undid what I had done and could finish. lol

wow I really like the feel of this one. The addition of the baby elephant is very cute but the last elephant looked strange at first glance. I love the dead trees in the background and the lighting on the clouds-very nice *is jealous*

HOY. This is awesome. It makes me feel very peaceful, for some reason. O.o

The colors are awesome. I wish I had more of an ability to restrict my palette. Great work. :)
Childlike_Vampire (Mar 2, 2004)
Damn spiffy, I'm loving the glow of the clouds and sky, it makes me want to sit and stare at it for awhile. Very calming. Very nice.

glorious, cindy, i can hear every pic you do, they are so real, i can hear the rustle of the grass , and the snuffle of the elephants, your work is for all the senses( ummm but i think i'll shut off the smell sensor for this one...they say elephant dropping have no or little smell but i've been to the zoo,,,i dont know about that!lol) would you ever consider doing a cardinal?
davincipoppalag (Mar 3, 2004)
Yes!! Capital Idea Brushes! A Cardinal (I LOVE cardinals)..
drworm (Mar 3, 2004)
Gorgeous scene, and the warm orange is so striking. I like the clouds and the delicate shrubs the best, though... their reality really completes the setting. Ehehe. Ooh, pretty.
dixielandcutie (Mar 3, 2004)
just amazing dba. you are amazing. so nice.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 3, 2004)
Oh boy! A redbird? I love redbirds. They keep me entertained when I deer hunt. Sure! Get right on it in the next few days :). Thank ya'll for the really nice comments.
Consequential_Biopsy (Mar 3, 2004)
great silhouette work, you've been doing a lot like this lately..love it.
DinoFlorist (Mar 3, 2004)
I think compositionally this is excellent. And then the color is excellent, the realism is there, and so is the elephants. An all around '___'
