The real Mr. Abernathy looks like Mr. Wilson from Dennis the Menace, and Mrs. Abernathy was really pissed when the hogs got loose and ate her asparagus. I know I've told this story before, but they were after the potbellied pig who had a parasol, and my Daddy had to bring the horse trailer to get the hogs out of Miss Potbelly's pen. I promise that's the truth.

These are so cool... they remind me of the white rocks that the bluffs here at the lake are comprised of... I can always find figures and faces in them if I look long enough. (and that is without drugs) :)

Alter.Native: I didn't intend for the hair to be a wig but it most certainly looks like one. The ref I drew from was black and white. Her hair, I assumed, was blonde because it was white in the photo. I ended up making up the highlights because I wanted her hair to be redish, I ended up making the hair look very solid and plastic looking. I imagine she's got a very shinny pin head underneath. ;)

Why is the tin man so close to the fire? Where is Dorothy? What did you do with the monkeys? Didn't your mother tell you not to eat poppies? Stop that. (you did a great job on the base of the fire, and considering that warm highlights are hard to do on a subject on the opposite side of the color spectrum, you did a good job there, as well) oh, yeah... 19 Seconds?

What's C&C? Is that like M&M's? You can't have any.
