just wanted to post and see if anyone had any suggestions before i go too much farther and totally kill my space limit. particularly concerned about how to get the rain to look real, and to get her to look like shes looking down. ok, thanks.

It's finished^^.Very nice as I knew it would turn out.I guess you made a decision to leave the rain a bit like the way it was.It's still cool, I mean because it's like how you draw rain so I have to give you credit for being original about it^^(Hey, nothing has to be a certain way in art, only advice could be of some inspiration, yeah?).And I'm blown away by that brick well there*dies*.Too awesome for my eyes to be staring at><.You overdid yourself, dixie.I'm gonna be staring at this for awhile :).*starts now*

Expert level is the next step up from advanced, where pictures have a level of finish and detail that sets them apart from the rest. Professional artists would have a hard time finding anything major to validly critisize. Drawings here would most likely be posted far and few between with 5 hours as a reasonable minimum time for this board. You would get ...

as arthur dent eventually learns, the secret to flying is throwing yourself at the ground and missing, but im curious, what the h-e-double hockeysticks was he doin up on the roof? very cool sense of motion in this..i look at it and get the feeling of anticipating the "ouch aw she it" as he lands.

thanks...yeah I should have spent more time on the water and the shadow.. I kind of threw them in fast to finish up..I was afraid I was going way over the size limit... I still don't know how that works...

This is very pretty. There's alot of depth to it with the way you did the sky, and I love lighthouses but we don't have any around here. :)

this one came out crappy compared to the one I did on an oekakibbs board I am used to.. I posted a link to it in the post forum..I need alot more practice with these tools to get the same control..but I will keep at it.. thanks

I think it's pretty much done. The rocky stuff on the right doesn't quite fit in with the whole piece, but I'm planning on making some textured paper so that it'll kinda contrast everything else at the same time. Anyhow, I can't do much more since I really have to get started on this project now, no more time can be wasted on the study.

This is a good picture! '____' I would hang this on my wall, and not much goes on my wall unless I draw it myself. I really like the glow of the house reflected on the snow, as well as the whole purple tone.
