from a card i got years ago. I got as far as i can and I'm not 100% satisfied. I'd really appreciate any suggestions. Oh and subtract about 25 minutes off the timer, i had to watch the tuna?chicken? episode of newlyweds roflroflrofl

oh my, i'm speechless...thanks so much u 3, compliments from talent like you( and the others) really makes me feel good. it does reassure me that i can draw lol. i think the leading looks a bit um, forced, but im truly happy with it. thanks aggain for the suggestions :o)

a picture i really wanted to draw. hafta ask for more space though....and some tips too. im having trouble with the skin tone...that and any other suggestion appreciated. thanks..ok, i may still fiddle, but for the most part, i'm happy with her. so yea...(didnt see your comment there, ill fix that in a bit, thanks so much...)

hey soshell ,yeah I play em too since I was 13... yes I know there all the same size(there all low E strings)anyway there also not spaced right either it just depends on how much time and effort i put into it.. i am going to draw more...if no one complains.

Read the rules if you haven't! Poll: Do you think there should be an Expert Level board? Expert level is the next step up from advanced, where pictures have a level of finish and detail that sets them apart from the rest. Professional artists would have a hard time finding anything major to validly critisize. Drawings here would most likely be posted far and few between with 5 hours as a reasonable minimum time for this board. You would get ...

To Brushes: I hope that this does the memory of your mother, and the love you have for your children justice. I find that alot of people associate redbirds with someone who was very dear to them, usually the person who taught them to love. My grandmother loves them, and it was one of the first things we painted together when I was little.

This is really good DBA! You did exceptional work on the background. My only pick with this is the tip of the beak doesn't seem to fit being rounded like that....kinda like it belongs on a different species...you might want to try sharpening the edge more, making it more straight. Other than that everything else is awesome! :D
