Wow, Awesome hair Lucy ^_^ I think though, that the tongue should have darker shading underneath it, because it looks 'rolled' in the picture, Unless that's what you were looking for. and a neck, necks are good ^_^. But the rest is amazing, and very realistic, Good job! Keep it up :)

Oh I love her hair!! And the position her arms are in, that looks difficult, lol. The bells are very cool, and the trim looks nice and soft! Good job!<edit> lol well I meant hard to draw, it doesn't look like your arms don't bend that way or anything, lol. ^^

okay thanks for those of you that replied! pen tool... yeah i like the pen tool, at the most opacity, it's pretty good that way... watercolor using for coloring... i'm no good at lineart, and i was wondering if i could get some help, especially with using the watercolor tool for lineart. i can't seem to get the opacity (is that what it's called?) right so that i don't have to draw so many times to get the lines dark. another thing; out of curiosity, is the pen tool or watercolor tool, or even...

Ah, you must be Bakaneko's Rikky! I thought I had recognised your artwork. That eyes and the funky background is what brought back the name 'Rikky' to my imagination. Welcome to 2Draw (though I am new here as well, and probably not eligable to welcome newcomers, yet.) Your work has never ceased to amaze me.

I usually get very lazy with colouring so I just did all that so I wouldn't have to colour as much, looks bad though @@o.o Wow, you know who I am and where I'm from. @@

The wings are very attractive and breathtaking. They seem to be radiating a sort of holy light from them. The only subject that confuses me is the angel's (?) expression. Something in such a high priority, to have such brilliant wings, shouldn't look as if they were struggling, I would think. Though, that is the case, so to see it from your point of view would take imagination, but there are many different conclusions to the point of this picture. One would be- That this work of art would express the greed in humanity. Another might be- That this picture displays the feeling that the artists relates to one of high priority to be, nevertheless, struggling- a sort of crude humor, you might say. To make fun of the bosses in the world.

I was invisioning that the wings were coming out of the angel's back for the first time. That might be something to struggle with. ...perhaps.I'm such a phony. ;P
