okay I havent ever tried drawing this way- now I will definately have to get that pen and pad thing to use,and using a mouse to do this-- I am so laffing to the floor- I am looking forward to doing this with much more control and learning what and how to use these tools. so go ahead slam me--grin!! a beginning is a beginning. yea!!! |

Anyone want to do the face ? I've tried and cant get a face to look right on her. So yea feel free to tell me if you want to do the face ^_^

Eekks! I can't beleive it took so long for me to draw this pic!! Umm... Well I tried to draw the Ariel from the Little Mermaid, but it doesn't really look like her at all... Anyways, I did't feel like coloring this so would anyone like to...?

I'm just curious since I see so many people metioning that a majority of us, if not all of us have an actual "style." I have to backspace all the time to take out those doubles n tripples of the eeee's n aaaa' n others
so I am in here lookin around, and wondering if there is a place where everyone tells how or what they use when they do all these pics.
like mouse or pens or ?? I dont even know what to ask about yet because I dont really have a clue yet to what I am doing.

There are lots of forums on the posting boards that answer the questions of who uses what. I say the only difference between a tablet and a mouse is the time it takes to put something out. With practice (less than you think!) a mouse is pretty easy to draw with. I use a tablet, but I used the mouse for like 6 months before I got it for Christmas a couple years ago.
Another tip to help learn how to do stuff is watch the animations of drawings, it's my favorite part of oekaki. :D Plus my favorite applet is Oekaki-Shi Painter advanced mode. *nodnod* k i'm done babblin. :P
