A very noble profession is that of the Caricature artist. It's hard, but fun to do, and I've seen many people here on 2draw that are good at them. So, lets have a contest over who can make the best one! The Rules: The Caricature can be of anyone recognizable. The winner will exemplify a great likeness and some great art. This contest will run from 1/20/06 12:00am PST to 1/27/06 11:59pm PST

I had to buy a pack of magic cards to get a referance, I've never played it personally but many of my friends do.

haha you bought a pack for a ref? Funny stuff. Odd that you have a green card add black mana to your mana pool since you usually pair black with red or blue, but not impossible. Other than that nerdy detail this is awesome!edit: haha well look at that it is Elves of Deep Shadow. Now I know why the quite seemed a littl familiar.

I never played the game, so I tired to look up what all the symbols mean but I couldn't find anything helpful. Shinma is a god/demon from Vampire Princess Miyu (anime). Awww crap I forgot to put the text " Illus. by ......tm 200?" at the bottom:( The clock is so long mainly because I drew alot of other things before the final chac.:)Creatures: Summon a magical creature or warrior that can attack the other player or be used for defense. For the card's color I comined Red & Black: Black is the color of death, darkness, plague, selfishness, and greed. Red is the color of destruction, war, passion, chaos, and anger.

Considering the people that are on 2draw, I would not be surprised to learn that many of them know of a card game called Magic: The Gathering. However, I am sure that many of you are in fact, not nerds, and have no idea what it is. this was both the first and the creepiest thing I could come up with. It's the mask that plauge doctors wore whenever there was a plague outbreak in medeival to renaissance Europe. The things scare the bugeebus out of me.

This turned out great though! The wings really stand out with its metal texture :). I think the frame still puts it all together really well in making it look like an 'official' card. I'm hoping this one wins....! :D
