Damn grass. Alright, I'm damn proud of the background, and I don't give a crap that the highlight on their clothes/skin/hair doesn't match the moon's location. I don't caaaaaaaaare. So nyah nyah. (The grey thing is a bench.)

You can shift layers in shi-painter...it's somewhat complicated, and I forget if it's possible in classic mode.

I think it's somewhat possible, by using the Copy Tool... But you have to erase background noise, make the background transparent (Remask+Eraser) and sometimes, you need to have space to 'swap' the layers... But I am not sure if it always works.
This looks like it would turn out nice, too.
