This is for Azel, I used all water colors for the shading. Im not done yet tho so i will finish soon.

Remember, don't just use one color to shade a certain thingy. Use lots of different brightness levels and darkness levels to attain a 'rounded' look. Lookin good so far, despite the insane look. ^o^

i can't decide whether to make more detail to the water or if i like it simple like the rest...mmmm....what do you think???? oohhhh i dunno what to do with this one, it seems to have great potentional but i cant quite seem to get the effect i want. The basic drawing is there but not the meaning. if you know what i mean....aahhhh!!!! maybe i should come back to it.

It looks like the kinda thing that could make an impact on you, but I think the lines are too sharp to do that.

i like the water, but one thing you should remember when drawing waves/oceans is that there aren't any 'splashes.' think more along the lines of misty spray type stuff and blur out the edges a bit.

i like the way that you put a reddened rim around the eye to show the person had been crying... i know it seems kind of obvious, but it is a good effect.... tears are a tad bit crude though...

Even if it isn't long for a pic, I still think it's cute. You rarely see magenta birds, but they're nice. The eyes are nice, too. Maybe you could try out PaintBBS, as it's much more user-friendly and resourceful.
