Whee :) Pretty. Shading would be nice, but since you're new... what am I saying? I'm new. Oh well, shading is hard, but perhaps some cell shading would be too difficult? Oh, anyway. very nice ^_^ the expression is cute.

I think you are improving. Let me just point out a few fixably things here: Her nose is too high, her nose looks like a hole, and her boob crack is too high. Slightly harsh, but it'll only expand your chances of perfection.

once you do a little bit of work on the lines, you'll be really good. could use a little more shading too but the basic concept and shapes are good.
