Welcome to 2draw.
You should practice some more in Beginners before you post here on Intermediate.
The lineart needs to be a lot cleaner and smoother. Try using the pen tool for smoother lines.
Like the colors, but not your attitude. :|
And I think you should cool it with the criticism of what other people say on here. They've been here a lot longer than you have and developed bonds with each other. So you wouldn't understand the inside jokes, such as "boobs cam". You shouldn't be quick to judge or assume.

An addendum vegetable, if you go on with your critisism before getting to know anyone here first..... you'll find yourself very lonely.

And everything she said about this picture is spot on. Using the airbrush or watercolor tool will give you smoother lines, and being bolder with the shading and highlight will make this more dimensional, and a different colored bg would work better. And as Mocha said, start on begginers to get to know the tools and progress before you make your way to Intermediate. If your not sure, please read the rules.

I just wanna finish, it, I done some sort of background and I dont really know what it is. Please dont be too harsh if you comment cos I just needed to finish it. Also I really dont know what is the blue thing behind it. I kinda think it makes him look like he is a colourful design on a bar of soap :P
