Maybe it's just my monitor, but this looks sort of 3d looking. The red pops out at me and the skull is further back.

Here the trees look closest and the mountains and the lake are set way off in the background, The grassy hills on the left really look great, and that little bird works well, too.

This looks great, the eyes look liek they're in agonizing pain inside but are crying quietly and hidden. I love the blood effect. The only not so good thing is that the hair is yoo close to the eye makign the eye look way big and the head tiny. This makes you feel what's going on inside the soul of the eye.

Just a doodle I was trying to do a nude for the contest but flipping back and forth between the drawing screen and the pic I had found was starting to hurt my head. Any solutions as to how to that without having to switch back and forth?

Well the only way is to drag both windows small enough to fit on the screen at the same time.. but then they're too small to see well sometimes. I have that problem too

Best way I do it is I temporarily download the picture, then clicking on it I can zoom in and out of the picture, (making sure both the 2draw window and picture window are side by side, no clicking back and forth) then when I'm finished I just delete it. If it wasn't for this little trick I'd be like you, my head hurting and all and my eyes going blurry. Try it out. |

Washington right now is very nice, in the 50s at night ( a bit to cold for me ) and in the 70s during the day, I am not complaining. I have not seen much of this town yet, still to much to do in the house. Hope all is well with all of you :) |

Wow, I haven't been on 2draw for a while x) I got a tablet for my birthday so I'm getting back into oekaki. Anyways, this is just a small piece I did out of boredom :P I ask for crits!!!

whoa sweet! ('bout the pic & the tablet- you're so lucky ^-^), awesome shading, I wish I could do such a pic- and only 36 min! that's insaneHappy birthday! P.S. is she wearing a red and black striped top or is the black shading for the top? if it's shading maybe a little less contrast between the black and the red...? Cool blood on the bandage btw, (a black pattern in the red background would be cool too)
