Actually, not quite. Once she gets fast enough for air drag to push it up, it'd push it quite close to the body, at least at the very top of her head. But it's kinda fluffy :)

If you want anatomy corrections (dunno if you were really going for accuracy) the last few ribs are connected to the sternum indirectly, with cartilage. And now I feel bad for nickpicking. >_<

Nice drawing but I would have made the contrast light/shadow more visible in order to accentuate the light effect which is awesome ! :)
