This is pretty cool actually. I like looking at the transition of the cheek textures to the hair. I get some strange comfort in viewing that. It's always fun just starting a piece having no idea what you're gonna draw and you add on little things that you think will help the piece out, and then view the outcome. It's like a surprise to yourself :).

I want it to be just like this, it might be finished, what I'm looking for are critiques. I am blinded by the fact that it's my drawing, it looks right to me. Ref.

Should it be cleaner? Should the lines be darker? Should I add a color for shading/contrast? Should I shade more like I have? Is it fine the way it is?

_{This can be moved to intermediete if you think so. This is for a local bands website, I was asked eons ago to do it, I have 6 more people to do, but fortunatly they are all head and shoulders shots. Then I'm going to take the individual drawings and put them together somewhat like the ref. I'm not sure though. lol.}

wow, this is totally amazing, all i suggest is that you should make her face a bit less scrunched up and sad/angry looking. its great!!!!!

Hehe... I love drawing.. I have been practicig faces for awhile now. I really couldn't do the lineart though, so as you see i had someone else do it for me. Lol... dunno why, but i just couldn't get the smooth lines. But thats ok. Anyways.. I think that in the future I will be doing more of these incase anyone would like to join! ^^ I love comments
