As I understand it, Navajo is not really a "written" language, so to speak, but while I was visiting for a few days on one of the reservations, the granddaughter of an elderly Navajo woman who made me a traditional horse blanket (from her own home-spun wool, from her own sheep) wrote down some of my favorite words for me. Ei-nhi' is Lightning in Navajo. In return for the beautiful gift, I gave the granddaughter the pearl necklace I was wearing. It was much prettier against her dark skin than it had been on mine, and it is one of my favorite memories. This is neither one of those people, of course, and I am just chasing rabbits here because I have to write a description on every picture and this is what I was thinking of. :)

Native american indians are very nice, I especially like the peaceful and nature protecting tribes. He looks very beautiful. <:)|XOD|

Well, it did get better! The darker shading you did on the house in this edit give the picture so much more depth, and the icicles look so real I just want to pull one off and suck on it!! :D When it's 112 degrees in the shade here in August, I'll have to come back and look at this.

I am odd looking. What can I say? I don't think we've met before. Maybe I just have a face that's extremely common or something. I always seem to remind people of someone else. Maybe if I get botox injections for my lip, chin implant, eyebrow lift, nose job and cheek implants I'll look unique.... or like Micheal Jackson. lol Marcello was right, the black is better.

The bluebonnets are blooming! I have seen this every spring of my life, and the beauty of it never fails to take my breath away. They aren't quite this full yet. (Wish ya'll were here) :)

I liked the first version better.. in this one.. the arm she is leaning on kind of disappeared.. makes her look strangely armless kinda... its a beautiful picture though..
