Still doesn't look any more like blood than the last one. Blood would have a much gloomier darker overall look to it, and the highlight would be a very small point. The overall shading of the blood would actually be fairly flat.
Try using google image search and plug in 'blood.' I'd post some pictures, but the only good ones were really brutal.

Blood is bright red when its fresh. It achieves its duller more popular color after it's been dried a bit

Actually this is really cool looking! The shading on the dish could be a teeny tiny bit less dramatic (if that's even the right word for it, I can't think this early in the morning @.@) I like the little strawberry ontop, it's adorable! *Pokes it*
