she doesn't mean it that way... that's taking it in a far too literal sense. "self" defense can mean anything, including defense mechanisms that people set up in an attempt to comfort themselves. (such as "i do draw good! my art is just sloppy because it is design in its rawest form!" [marienkind cries])

i am filthy american pig, and i spell defense with an "s". n_n

I'm a filthy american pig, too! My grammatical skills have been deteriorating since I graduated, and they're not going to get any better anytime soon! :D

Anyway. This looks pretty promising so far - it may be confusing, but it's cool that way.

aside from those side grabbing moral chibis this is definately my favourite piece of yours, very realistic and very anatomically correct.
