It looks a lot like a pencil sketch. I'll comment again when it's finished, I just thought I'd mention how much it resembles a graphite lead pencil drawing.

Oh, it looks really nice now! The coloring job is better than you say it is. It matches the smooth sketchyness of the lineart.
The people are quite interesting, as well. They seem to..match, somewhat. Like, the same atmospheres.

really nice mood to it but his arm looks odd. hmm not sure what it is. maybe too wide or short.

Ya, his left upper-arm is definitely a lot longer than his right. I'd say increase the right, decrease the left to about even, less flat towards the elbow.
