Poor little Gavin, he'll be waiting for this till the sequil to Cars hits the theatres... I'm trying so hard to finish this but not making much progress. Gotta post it unfinished where he can find it in case I don't finish before I head for Surfside.... wheeeeeee. :)

Gavin went away to preschool and I don't hardly ever (I know that's horrible grammar but I love saying it) get to see him anymore, but last time I did he asked to see this, when I showed it to him his eyes lit up and he said "wow, it's almost finished!" sigh

I like this a lot, especially his eyes. I liked that character, he was so happy go lucky, I wish more people were like that. Everybody's so damn serious and right. lol. Great drawing!

So glad you finished this, it's so adorable. I probably won't watch the movie (just doesn't appeal to me) but I love looking at your piece. Deino's right the deatils are incredible, and the rust, and the dust trail behind him, and his teeth and eyes and tow cord. But of course nothing but goodness from Miss Cindy. You have a lovely soul to fullfill a request for a child.

Thank you all so much. I wouldn't have had the patience to do this for anyone BUT a child.

I just noticed that Yahoo Photos decided to change their format without consulting ME (imagine that)... the link I had posted in my description to Gavin's photo went to my main page, not that album OR his picture, so I fixed it, but I am assuming that every link I ever posted here won't lead to the particular photo I intended now, but it'll be all screwed up. (least IIIII didn't screw it up) :)

I usually dont like your stuff because its too soft and blurry, but most of this is very sharp and clean looking so I like it. I also like the blue light on the side and the greeeen eyes.
