I love it when you cell-shade like this. You should do it more often.
It looks almost exactly like the reference.

I only saw two differences: The reference was a bit darker and the shading on the right side of her face was a bit different. However, I prefer it this way.
You did a great job on the eyes~

Well this is just wonderful. Cell shading is something I've not learned to do. Maybe I should try. Well well tone Torch. You should do more like this.

I know people like the eyes, but I love the bolt to the right of her.

zomg Eureka 7 lurv. Well, her face does look a little wiggly, but it's not too major. (she has a kind of "wtf!?" expression if you look closely)
