The rose petals look soft and velvety.Maybe sharpen them on the close edges to add some dimension? Very pretty.

The rose looks great. I'm not sure I love all the water drops. They kind of take over and make it look like the flower is outside a rain soaked window. There's nothing wrong with that, but I think it distracts from the pretty flower. Two or three drops on a petal or the leaves would let the flower be the focal point. There..now everyone who knows anything about art can trash me for not. I like this very much as it is, too.
