I really don't know anything about Final Fantasy, though I've heard about Cloud and Tidus and Sephiroth...anyway.

Despite the fact that I'm not being a fan of FF, I think this is a great picture. The main things that bug me are those white dots (diffusion) all over his face, and the text at the very bottom looks like it was slapped on (ie, could have been integrated a bit better, I think). The diffusion effect does work on the rest of the picture though, gives the background a nice depth.
