I'm disappointed I didn't make it look more like the sketch; the finished product look a teensy bit more grown up...
I loved doing the clothes though.. I never add enough detail to my pictures and it makes them sorta blah. so I decided to start trying a little harder XD

Favorite part is actually the eyes...

The first thing I noticed was the hair...it's beautiful. I also really like the textures and the shading on her shirt.
This needs to be on intermediate! XD;;

aww why does she look so sad? i agree with xiau though definately intermediate material. There are so many textures involved and each complements the others quite well.

Aw, thank'ee... I don't know if it's really intermediate though, the sleeve could have used more work, and of course the bleeding colours... the size of the head is a little off with the body and neck, and the facial proportions could've been better... all the same, I do like this piece.. I've enjoyed it more than a lot I"ve done lately. (I love doing rough little sketches like the first version, too.)

I'm glad the hair is popular.. I love shading hair, I jsut worry I don't do it correctly XD
