I'm guessing the one on the left is Ino, from what I know of the series, but I think it'd be clearer that sakura is at odds with her by tilting her eyebrows down slightly into a frown. Just and idea, there's lots of other ways of doing it.

just to let you know she turns out to be an awsome fighter.around epp 100 sakura trains with the 5th (Tsunade) bad ass grandma you dont really hear about ino but they have a healthy respect for each other (aka sakura beats her)
