I like the title i gave it =D lol... I know the bg sucks...just to lazy and impatient to do a good one... I 'did' have more than one char in here, but I earased it b/c it sucked XD oh, this pic is kinda lame because I have to get use to my tablet *again* b/c I finally got my internet back on my comp ToT;; and look, half her arm is missing.. o,O; heh...lol...

I'm not quite sure you mean by half of her arm being missing, her left arm is missing a hand, but otherwise is about the right length...
I like the character coloring, but I'd like to see a bitmore detail in the shading (maybe a level of shadow). Also the crystal thing on the staff seems like a cop-out. :-)
As for the background, I actually don't mind it. In my opinion, provided the background doesn't detract from the foreground, it can be as simple as you want.

She does look a bit like the devil. it's that grin, it looks so evil. But you always make such nice pics pinklynx. I think the belly button is fine, by the way.

That's her fingernail, not belly button. Her belly button is actually pretty low. The hips are sexy, even if it is a bit exaggerated. Overall, nice work.
