It think it's spelt Rouge. French the colour 'red' cause she's saucy. Like cocopuff said, her voice actor in the game was a pitiful peice of work.

The voice acting in SA2, including Rouges, is awesome. Just switch it to the japanese vocals and read the subtitles.

I liked Rouge. Mainly cause she wasn't a ditz like Amy.
