I'm having some trouble trying to make something look furry like on my monster. Can someone explain a good way of making this ilusion?

Are you useing paint BBS?

If you use PaintBBS, get a watercolor brush by clicking the [Solid] button again, and when it shows the watercolor, change the brush size to the size of the fur you want, pick the color of fur, and then use steady but quick strokes to the canvas to make a fur like effect. Fur usually is good on 1, 2 or 3 pixel brushes...
However, if you are using OekakiBBS, then... I can't help you. OekakiBBS hates me. ;__;

if yur using oekakiBBS, try making lil curved spikes on the curves on the monster's body. It's a cartoony way of making things look furry, but it works for me. :|
