I really think it'd be niiiiiiiice to have a party somewhere in the future, somewhere fairly centrally located for most people, even if it was to meet up for New Year's Eve somewhere big and public... I dunno... tons of ideas, but who would like this? not that it's easy to make trips like this.... but it'd be sooo fun, even if only some people could do it

I don't think it would be such a good idea. Members are spread all over the world, not just in the United States. And I'd turn into an ice block if I ever went to Canada....I already freze over here, and it's like 70 degrees farenheit...

well I say whoever could make it to the location should do it... I realize not everyone could make it... and God only knows what should happen in any one person's life at any given time... could end up that I can't make it... it'd still be sooo much fun though. There are so many fun people on this site and we spend enough time in the same place as is now, why not just get together...? temp. shouldn't be an issue, there are clothes for that...

Get back to me when I'm in college, and I'll see what I can do about coming to a 2draw convention, or anything like it. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to come to something like that, but Axil is right, despite his less than polite way of putting it.

As things stand, as of now, quite a few of active 2draw users aren't legally adults. Not to mention, as Marcello said, 2draw funds are kind of low. If people could just hold on a few years, more people would be able to attend some kind of convention, and there would be more money to fund something of the kind.

....I'm just sayin'.

And as far as location, airline situations non-withstanding, I could deal with anywhere. Except maybe Florida. I hate humidity that thick. But I like cold, and I love dry heat, so whatever works, really.

I agree, it's a great idea, but not viable at the moment, after all, 2draw is barely 2 and half years old, and at the moment, other than meeting people, there's no real reason to have a convention. I'd expect we'd want some kind of drawing tournament or something. :-) That'd be cool.
