Actually, I think I know what it is.Besides the ears itself, the roots for the hair around the side of her face is pulled back a bit too far so if you pull it in closer to the face and then add the ears and possible sideburns, it should be fine :).Nice pic btw....besides the blood ;).

hehe thanks but I dont think I will change her hair because of my ref. Oddly enough this was inspired by the thumbnl of another drawing...cause this is what I saw in the thumbnail, except the blood, but I mean she has to bleed if she's shot that badly...I also did try it though, and once again she looked worse...
don't forget her head IS at an odd angle ^^

I kinda like this pic, except she really either needs an ear there or hair to cover it up ... you have enough space to edit to do that. You did a good job on the dimensions of the arrow and the fletchings.
