ooh shiney. though if i were you id lighten the lineart on the hand a tad. looks kinda off with the glowing and all..

Lots of Light Effect, I see. And some Dark. (Dodge and Burn, whatever)
The pose is really great. I especially like the hands, although, I think the one behind the glowy one has itself reversed... (Thumb is where the little finger should be) But I'm probably wrong, I'm not good at all, at hands.

I like the hair, too. The eye style and expression are great, in my opinion.
