Eee! Cute picture, and good concept. I like the expression.BG could use a *little* work, but the foreground is nice. You seem to have developed a distinct style. (Oh, keep it up, by the way)

I can relate SO much ;) I like the lack of nose, but I do agree that the hand is too small.
