not much to say until you're done... her right arm is a disproportioned, and the shading could use some major overall contrast to give it more depth (especially considering she's theoretically only being lit by that one light).

There. Tried to fix the shading, and had no idea how to fix the arm. Changed the microphone, too. Aw, man! Forgot to color the inside of her mouth (nobody's teeth are THAT white). Oh, well.
