This is really nice DBA :).The little scratches you can make out on the surface all the way up to the light reflection, man, that's pretty awesome XD.Even did a great job on the metal.
Zack (May 31, 2004)
hmm, I'm out of those, but I do have ones with various good adjectives, such as AWESOME, SUPER, and BOOTYLICIOUS. Take your pick.
Knockoff (May 31, 2004)
This is so awesome dba.
You rock with this stuff. I love the flashlight, and the reflection makes it look like its blue steel or something.
Awesome shine too.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (May 31, 2004)
Whoo, thanks ya'll... I had fun doing this one, but was afraid ppl might find it a little boring. ZACK! I want the bootylicious sticker of course!!! I want two of them! :D

What is your greatest fear? Will it fit in this picture? Is it already there?

Dude, you'd get so horribly sick of pizza. That in itself would be hell.

Curious draw, DBA. You captured the spooky feeling quite well. Particularly nice job on those bedsheets.
emmamommalag (Jun 5, 2004)
Sick of pizza??? Never!
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Jun 6, 2004)
Well, the idea for this one came from a movie my daughter and I recently watched that had a theme which is one of our biggest fears... there were a couple of pervert serial killers who happened to be cops and were abducting women and girls and chaining and handcuffing them in this basement and just leaving them there... it scared both of us really badly because we've always said that was one of our biggest fears... being abducted and tortured by some weirdo.

"The summer sun is fading as the year grows old and darker days are drawing near.
The winter winds will be much colder..now you're not here.
I watch the birds fly south across the autumn sky and one by one they disappear.
I wish I was flying with them...now you're not here.
Like the sun through the trees you came to love me, like a leaf on a breeze you blew away.
Through Autumn's golden gown we used to kick our way, you always loved this time of year.
Those fallen leaves lie undisturbed now...because you're not here.....because you're not here..."

from an old b&w photo from which the caption reads: A marine covered with dirt, grime and coral dust boards a coast guard assault transport in February of 1944 after two days and nights of fighting on Eniwetok in the Marshall Islands.

More than anything else, I wanted to capture his expression... that "thousand mile stare". Think I got it.
