Hmm... the lineart's great, but the shading's a bit confusing. It seems like for the arms the light source is to the right, and for his shoulder things it's to the left. Maybe having a background to establish a context might help, or using a reference of different robot art just to get a sense of how to use light and texture. Transformers can be pretty tough to work with, though, on account of their bright colors.

her form and her pose is very natural and isnt friggin bad. you just have to seize those colors and throw them on the canvas and stand with your hands on your hips and yell, "AAAAAAAAAHAHAHHA YOU WILL GO WHERE I SAY AND LOOK AWESOME". then they will! then sometimes they laugh and walk away

I'm not sure why you put brigh orange on his face... it looks like this long sideburn creeping down his face. I can honestly say I prefer how he looked in version 3. But the new things in the picture really improve and make it start to look complete...that extra wisp of cloud... the plants... and I see your obsession with circles continues, is that like, some sort of motif you're trying to maintain or what? Oh, and the reflection in the water is nice, while the rest of it is still very incomplete-looking.
