Count Duckula! That show rocked! :) Neato.
Sweetcell (edited Sep 10, 2006)
I loved that show, so wierd and original for a cartoon. I'm only going by memory too but I think you got her spot on. This makes me smile.

Anyone remember the name of that Disney cartoon with that superhero duck? Was it Darkwing Dark? That's another show I loved.
Deino (Sep 10, 2006)
LOLOLOL Nanny! Thanks for the memories Shalala.
shalalaheartattack (Sep 11, 2006)
Hee, I'm glad there are a few Duckula fans here. If everyone was scratching their heads saying, 'wtf?' I would have to be concerned for the type of people I'm associating with here, haha.

Thanks for the comments everyone. XD

I am so in love with this picture. Its done completely in watercolors, only black and white (obviously)....The blobs in the back are people, and were meant to look like blobs XD. Comment if you like it, please!

Ho man. :O

I love the smeared/kinda blurry parts. Bonus points for black and white.
Oh the eyes. :3

Trying out new stuff. :P I like blue.
Listening to Hong Kong by Gorillaz. I think it's a pretty song.

I love this.
I love the style and the composition and the use of blue.
Hooray. :)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Aug 31, 2006)
I love the color, blue, really... I like the "blues" as far as music goes. I don't like to be blue, or to see someone blue... (usually that means they're sad or they need CPR?) :)l I do like the simplicity of this blue picture.

I have one of those tomato-shaped pin cushions. It's pretty spiffy. And lumpy.
It has more pins in it than this one does. I suppose I got lazy. The background is horrible. But I liked the cushion itself. I'll more than likely go back and change the background.

Bonza, much better. Ahhhhh.... tomato goodness.
shalalaheartattack (Aug 30, 2006)
Hehe, thank you. I could never have done it without you, lol. XD
davincipoppalag (Aug 30, 2006)
I like the pinheads there.. little pearls..Is there a house anywhere that doesn't have a "tomato" pincushion? lol
shalalaheartattack (Aug 31, 2006)
Haha, I'm inclined to think not, although there might be some poor tomato pincushion-deprived souls in India and various third-world countries. I will never take my pincushion for granted again.

"When the exasperated soul abandons
The body whence it rent itself away,
Minos consigns it to the seventh abyss.
It falls into the forest, and no part
Is chosen for it; but where Fortune hurls it,
There like a grain of spelt it germinates.
It springs a sapling, and a forest tree;
The Harpies, feeding then upon its leaves,
Do pain create, and for the pain an outlet.
Like others for our spoils shall we return;
But not that any one may them revest,
For 'tis not just to have what one casts off.
Here we shall drag them, and along the dismal
Forest our bodies shall suspended be,
Each to the thorn of his molested shade."
- Dante's "Inferno", Canto XIII.

Rodney was infuriated that there were no Anger Management classes for robots at the Community Center.

P.S. - This really only took about 20 minutes, but I was distracted by cooking noodles.

So basically I used cucumber-melon shaving cream on my armpits and then proceeded to go around telling everyone that my armpits were cucumber-melony fresh. And then I wonder why people think I'm on crack. This was a quick one, I was in that sort of mood, haha.

Haha. When I was in kindergarten they gave me shaving cream to clean my desk. It's the only thing I remember from kindergarten. I used to draw pictures in it. It WAS fun.

*hugs* For being a substitute teacher. I filled in as a teacher's helper once, for a group of first graders. That was hellacious. One little boy had the attention span of a flea, and ate chalk. We decided that he either had a calcium deficiency, or Pica.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Aug 28, 2006)
ha... I did it for years, I loved it. Sometimes I think about doing it again, just for the fun of it. I got in trouble for teaching a class to make paper airplanes... I got sent to the principle's office everytime I substituted... it was almost as bad as when I was in school myself. :)
KuteDymples (Aug 29, 2006)
Have you ever eaten cucumber and melons together? I haven't. I don't think it would taste good. This picture sure did conjur up some interesting comments. Cute picture by the way. When I was a crack head, my armpits still smelled good! :-)
shalalaheartattack (Aug 29, 2006)
I tend to think that I prefer my cucumbers and melons eaten separately, as well.
Thanks. :D

Haha, oh the joys of the idea box!
This was fun, it made me giggle. The Korean flag stuck in the cheese was the clincher.
XD
Sweetcell (Aug 23, 2006)
It's the weirder of the ideas that I have a problem getting an image for. But I think you nailed this one. LOL hilarious.

I wanna see someone draw "suring" heheh

Just a quick one, as I have places to go and people to see. XD
Disclaimer: I don't own Plankton. The good people at Nickelodeon and the creators of Spongebob Squarepants and whoever actually owns the rights to Spongebob Squarepants do. So don't sue me plzkthnx.

This is awesome...and I AM GOING TO SUE YOU! jk I hate SpongeBob but Plankton is so cute!
shalalaheartattack (Aug 22, 2006)
Haha, thanks. The irony is that I don't really care for Spongebob either. But Plankton is just amazing.
