Wow! Thanks for moving my draw to the intermediate board, you've just made my day! Ok I'll go and finish it now. Once again, thank you so much! Here it is, I hope you'll like it. I need to work on my shading and hair texture, but basically I'm satisfied, and I'm starting to understand how to use the layers! Due to many posts by fellow members and a very polite memo I've decided to stay however the time being many of my posting times will be sporadic due to my schooling schedule and future work time as well. I've recently purchased a tablet, therefore cutting my duration time in half without affecting the quality of my work. However...On a side note due to a post I've recieved recently and to prevent the pointing of fingers I'd like to say a few words. I don't mind comments or critisizm, in fact I accept most openly for further suggestions for improvements in my works. I do NOT however like point blunt statements such as refering to my work as "crap." C&C is meant to do one of two things, 1: praise the work, 2: add suggestions. By any means down talking ANY work belonging to ANY artist here on 2Draw is unaceptable behavior. Let's face it, no body here likes to see their work refered as such so let's keep those thoughts to ourselves, eh?~Thank you

o those kind of coments yea i`m fimiliar with the type >_> *glares* any hoo at another board we called it flaiming so to all flamers >:P *fbttttttt* i hate people like that i had do run off sevral people from that board caus of flaming o well i love ur art it looks great ^^.

ommfg i love all of your pictures i really like them allot and im am actually learning from them too. As i watch the animations i get allot of insight on how to do my own pictures, now dont get me wrong im not copying you but you do give me insparation and confidence. haha im such a noob that wants to do so good but just cant...yet and with that i thank you EverDream and i hope you will not leave 2Draw ::edit:: -i forgot to tell you i love this pic and cowboy bebop in general thank you haha again my only criticizem is i guess the nose struck me as a lil' wierd at first but it is still wikid cool

I figured I might as well comment on this, after all I am a mod and am entitled to my say when someone has a problem with us (the mods). First of all, I would like to say that 2draw is one of the best open communities for beginning artists! I mean, a lot of beginners can post their stuff here, the beginner boards has, of this moment 6,579 entries!!! Compare this with 4,279 intermediate entries, and 124 advanced entries! We really do keep a ton of beginner work, and now I hope you will appreciate the fact that we have rules in place that will allow us to filter out at least the worst of the beginner pictures.Deleting my posts just because I can't draw that good.So please, if you wish to debate over a deleted picture, DO NOT USE THIS EXCUSE. If your entry is deleted, it has violated our rules and therefore is not a matter of a moderator's personally vendetta against you and your artwork (unless it is, in which case marcello hates you). One more thing... why should we appreciate the fact that someone (you) made the effort? You might not realize that every single person that posts here makes the same effort, if not more, to get their pieces done. So good job... you don't deserve more than the rest of us.

er....is there anyone who hasn t had a pic deleted, or constructively critiqued? a few weeks ago a small pic i poured my heart and soul into, and which was intended for my daughter was deleted...mildly ticked..of course but hey rules is rules. i think a quick explanation of why the piece ws removed is needed but as i was told when i complained (DISCREETLY) so many entries, so few moderators and so little time, its not always possible... so dude? go sit in the corner for swearing, then come back and play nice! |
