You could add a background if you save the current version to your computer and let your client use that, then go back and add a background. I like this, your lines are so smooth and clean.

Guys painted nothing but very sexy, gorgeous dames, nude,or semi-nude,they looked better than the real thing. Reminds me of it. a little. ) Wildly erotic. (whee--oo, baby, how much do you charge??) Notice how the allure is increased by having clothing almost falling off, not nude. Excellent work; report to Playboy mag. now.
