I agree about the mushrooms,and this is so beautiful, breathtaking is right. I realize, now, I do not really know how to use the software to it's greatest advantage,in many ways.

just the preliminary line art.EDIT: stage 2 of the line art Does anyone have a suggestion for the background? i have no idea what to do... i would appreciate your ideas ^-^ EDIT: well, at least i have a title ... my computer is freaking out, otherwise i'd finish this up now. darn. hmm...the mouse pointer-thingie is slowly dragging itself up the screen. that is really weird... a computer poltergeist maybe? EDIT:well, i had a lot of background stuff done, but my computer wouldn't save. yeah... i'm gonna color the characters first. EDIT: added blue light EDIT: added some color to the betrayer. It is quite lovely and well done, I just feel the concept is a bit... overused. I would love to see your fine craftsmanship go into something more unique.

For years I worked for a law firm in the middle of this (one of the black glass bldgs. between the ball tower and the triangular building, and every day I was in awe at how the architects and engineers had the forethought to design the buildings where the golden glass faced the southwest and the black glass faced the dark and artificially lit sides of the city... the light play at different times of day is amazing. I always thought this would be a great subject for art, but all of the straight lines prevented me from doing it on canvas - a pain in the you know what. The wonderful tools in the applet make it possible to try something I'd otherwise never have done.

Little late for a comment but...Awesome drawing! I remember this place as Beautiful and unusual when passing by it to get to Six Flaggs Amusement Park. Oh I loved Six Flaggs.. Good times. Hate the traffic in Dallas though.
