I was doodling and then it started to look like him...it's a little off but I drew it pretty much from memory. Also, I don't do much cell shading so it might not look as good. And blackboards in Japan are green in case you were wondering.

I'm not familiar with the character so I can't say if it looks like him or not, but I think that the eyes look a little too angular to me. Since he looks like he's relaxing his eyes probably wouldn't pull that high up that sharply in the corners on their own. I think the cell shading on the face looks fine though, it just gets a little smudged in the hair.so... do they call them greenboards then? o_o

lol...greenboards XD I believe they call them 'kokuban'And cell shaded hair looks so plastic and I'm just not used to it I guess >_<

After 6 hours of intense driving school, I finally got my drivers permit! And in the process, I had many incidents which I could have been killed. But I still got it! And I can drive around legally (with supervision). And please don't remind me of the messed up fingers...>_>

I just got my permit too, same with 2 of my friends, but none of us were very excited about it and we all find it a pain to draw. We're just weird I guess XD I like her(?) left eye, but the neck seems a bit thick

Congratulations...now remember this above all other things.. The other driver WILL do something stupid..if you expect people to drive like idiots..you will always be ready for them.. Ive been driving for 40 years and they haven't let me down yet.

...now I'm scared to drive >_O And I drove for like 4 minuets with my mom today and she kept yelling at me and kept interrogating me why didn't slow down when I was near a turn and she expected me that I knew every little detail. And when she yells, she really yells. I didn't know what I was doing right since she was yelling right in my ears when I was trying to concentrate. uhg...I don't want to go through this with my mom.

Hehe, that's pretty neat looking, should perhaps the shoulder to his right shoulder be longer? ther's something a tad off about it, but I"m not sure.. maybe it's just that shoulder XD Good job though, I especially like the mouth *nods* |

I just got eye contacts yesterday and it took me like 10 minuets to put it on today. I keep shutting my eyes and it's so annyoing >XC It's really weird though...I could see everything so clearly without glasses O_o So yeah...quick drawing of my eye with contacts just going in. Of course it's not as graceful like this in actuality.

Thanks for the comments everyone =DI was going for the spikeyish, poofy hair but I guess it didn't go too well and now that I look at it, the neck does seem a bit too thick. Well, more reasons it's in beginners.

Oh the nose.....how I despise it =_= I noticed that it was demented after I thought I was done. That always happens to me. I see an error once I'm finished. And Dave, I'm sure you could do better than me. :)

Actually, I rather like the nose. They always give me trouble, but I like the shading on this. I think what's throwing this off more is the mouth. You've painted it as if you're looking at it straight on, while in reality the face is in more of a three-quarters view. If you tweaked the left side and moved the whole thing a bit down to the left, it might work a bit better. Overall, though, this is a really good picture, and I really like the whole effect.

Lol...noooo I don't do faces at all.. I majorly suck at faces.. Fixed up the lips (hope it looks better >_>) and ....if you look really closely, there's a dot next to the right cheek...Well, when I was deleting layers, that thing suddenly came up. I've been trying to hide it since it wouldn't erase......Aha! It bugs me >_<
