Well here it is! The results of my difficutl Judging! I It was so hard to judge just three finals through all the greats thumbs out there!(2nd prize goes to.....Mazi and the winning pic...'Muahaha'! I see. Very nice lightning, you ARE getting better. One tip, tho. The cloud is simply gray, use the brightening tool to make it a little shinier and cooler.

My first anime drawing...all drawn freehand so that's why its bad. many bad things i can say about it, but i love the swirly thing in the sun and it's my first happy picture!

COOL Swirly-thing! a suggestion is to use the brightening tool to make it brighter by the sun, and on part of her head.

It's in the lower section of tools, the one that looks like a little black blob with a line coming from it. (BTW- the burn tool, the one next to it that looks like a little fist, is AWESOME. I don't know how to use it very well, but I still love it.)
