one thing you might want to do is just sit down with a blank applet. push all of the buttons and see what it does with your lines.. note what each effect does and stuff.. then erase that drawing.. then you can sit down with a little better understanding of the applet. goodluck.. and pretty good first draw, though, as they said, you might want to spend more time on your next draw :)

Iam about to have a month off of school so I will have plenty time to improve my skills in art. I would like for some real Criticism on my over all style and skill. And I would like you to tell me what you think I can do to improve my style or skill. Don't just say you like my work cause It won't help me Improve If you try to be nice, so don't hold back you can be as mean as you want as long as you think It's helpful. The mysterious Green Man of the Forest lays sleeping nestled in the foliage. Who is he??? Nobody knows, but his likeness appears in art throughout the mideavel era and even earlier. A strange enigma.Anyway, Im gonna do some leaves around the head, if you have any suggestions for realistic, veiny foliage, please tell me what I can do. Thank you. I'll try to hack it alone, but if anybody wants to collab I am always up for that :) -Majikoopa

Hey, you finished it :).I definitely see some major improvements you've made on this from the last revision.Very good corrections made all over the place.See?I don't need to point out too much to you.You can do it all on your own.I have to say, I really like the hair though.It's very natural and life-like.If you don't mind me giving you one last piece of advice you can give or take, even though the photo may not show it, putting in bits of bright reflective light in the eyes, can really bring the entire portrait to life.So if you ever feel like going back in to add that really quick, that may help push this even further :).Amazing job overall though.It's nice to see someone can take advice and put it to very good use.But then your talent should also be very heavily accounted for as well.Oh, and I'm sorry about yesterday on AIM^^;.The internet unexpectedly locked up on me and didn't start working again till noon today (or rather yesterday seeing now how it's almost 3AM). Like that? Or no? lol Thanks, Gig :-P (Oh and I was wonderin' where you took off to so suddenly. heheh)
