I stumbled onto a problem while drawing.. somehow I must have set the brush to paint some invisible stuff and no matter what layer I try to draw on it, it won't fill in.. If you notice her right *ahem* breast, it has a bunch of white there that I can't seem to fill.. Anyone know the problem? :(

Try using the regular solid brush and set a mask to the outline color: left click the button that says 'Normal' so that it says 'Mask'. (If the outline isn't black, pick the color by right clicking it in the image, then right click on the mask button).
Then you should be able to draw over whatever it is.

Oh ya, and if your drawing is on the lower layer, use the 'White' tool to erase it on the top layer. Or if the outline is on the top, color on the bottom, use the White tool in conjunction with the masking (so you don't lose your lines).

Well, we've finally did it! 20 thousand hits! Thanks to everyone who has been to the site and I hope you've all enjoyed it so far. I have several new features to announce. First of all, I've completed support for OekakiBBS 2! There are still glitches and kinks to work out. Currently this applet can only be used on the members board, but I will be adding several public boards shortly. The site interface for this applet works essentially the same way as PaintBBS, minus some quirks in Oeka...

marcello, what about a sprite board. And limit to 60 x 60 or something. then let the user draw several frames, and wiht a java app, play the images in sequence ... just an idea, even without animation a sprite board would be cool

Ya, actually I thought of this, but haven't entirely decided how to implement it. Perhaps I'll make images under 64x64 auto-stretch or something...dunno if I like the idea or not.
